We are now looking for someone with experience in machinery for HSNG in Eskilstuna, perhaps you are suited for the role of Coordinating Mechanical Technician?

About the position:

• Delegate and plan the work for the shift
• Ensure that the shift and operators deliver according to the production plan
• Escalate issues to the nearest manager
• Work closely with the Team Leader and Production Manager on improvement efforts.

- To achieve set production goals in daily production and optimize machine capacity.

- To create conditions for operators to run the machines using the best-known working methods.

- To develop a standardized operating method with a focus on continuous improvements.

- To set frameworks and lead improvement work together with operators and the responsible manager.

- To ensure that production has the right spare parts in stock and, in agreement with the responsible manager, order new ones when needed.

- To immediately inform the production manager in case of production stoppages or disturbances and act according to established routines to restore machine operation as soon as possible.

- To ensure that the rules regarding Work Environment and Food Safety are followed and always kept in mind when making changes in Production.

- To promote general order and cleanliness, both in the department and in the warehouse.
